Senior AI Engineer

Scout AI is seeking a Senior or Staff AI Engineer for its Fury Orchestration Team. The role develops and deploys multimodal foundation models for autonomous robot teams, spanning model training, evaluation, planning, coordination, simulation, and edge inference.

Senior Software Engineer, Core Systems

Scout AI is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to build and strengthen the core systems that power its Fury robotic foundation model. The role spans onboard software and libraries, cloud infrastructure for ML workloads, and simulation, evaluation, and validation systems.

Full Stack Software Engineer

Scout AI is developing robotic foundation models for defense. The Full Stack Software Engineer builds end-to-end software across backend systems, frontend experiences, infrastructure, and AI-powered features, collaborating with product, design, research, users, and stakeholders.

AI Researcher

Scout AI is hiring an AI Researcher on its Fury Team to advance embodied intelligence for autonomous defense systems. The role leads research and develops scalable models across areas such as reinforcement learning, vision-language-action modeling, sim-to-real transfer, and multi-agent coordination, bringing research into operational systems.

Senior AI Researcher

Scout AI is developing Fury, a robotic foundation model for defense. The Senior AI Researcher will lead embodied AI research and build scalable models for autonomous systems, translating research into deployment in simulated and physical environments.

Staff Software Engineer, Agent Harnessing

Scout AI is building the core architecture for AI agents to interact with and control complex physical systems. The role develops agent orchestration, tool integration, low-latency communication, simulation, and execution platforms, and works with warfighters to deliver production-ready agentic systems.

Senior Embedded Software Engineer

Scout AI is developing Fury, a robotic foundation model for defense. The Senior Embedded Software Engineer develops low-level firmware and sensor drivers, brings up and validates sensors on new platforms, and ensures reliable sensor data in embedded and robotics systems.

Proposal Manager

Scout AI is a frontier AI lab developing robotic foundation models for defense, including Fury, a system that enables human operators to command fleets of robots. The Proposal Manager will own the end-to-end proposal lifecycle across government and commercial opportunities, coordinating cross-functional teams, developing persuasive and compliant responses, managing pricing and schedules, and improving proposal operations.

Software Engineer, Agent Harnessing

Scout AI is developing Fury, the first robotic foundation model for defense, to empower U.S. forces with adaptable and autonomous power. As a Software Engineer on the Agent Harnessing team, you will build core architecture for AI agents to interact with real-world systems, focusing on agent orchestration and tool integration.
