Machine Learning Engineer

OpenMind is building an operating system for robotics with models that help robots understand people, context, and social norms while operating safely alongside humans. The Machine Learning Engineer will turn research into reliable models for physical robots by building training, evaluation, and inference systems, processing embodied data, and deploying optimized multimodal models in production.

Sales Development Representative

OpenMind builds the brain and infrastructure for robots that work alongside people, with an operating system deployed across quadrupeds, humanoids, and wheeled platforms. The Sales Development Representative will build the top of OpenMind's sales pipeline by prospecting target accounts, running outreach campaigns, qualifying opportunities, and supporting cross-functional efforts to expand into new markets.

Research Scientist

OpenMind is building an operating system for robotics that enables robots to understand people, context, and norms so they can work safely alongside humans. The Research Scientist will conduct and deploy original research in social world models, vision-language-action systems, and embodied reasoning, while developing data strategies and rigorous evaluations. The role also involves publishing research, representing OpenMind externally, and collaborating with platform and deployment teams to bring research to physical robots.

Forward Deployed Engineer

OpenMind develops and deploys OM1-powered robots for enterprise customers. The Forward Deployed Engineer will own deployments end to end, including site assessment, installation, customer-system integration, on-site debugging, and handoff to steady state. The role also involves building deployment tooling, translating field observations into engineering requirements, and representing OpenMind technically to customer teams.
