The Staff Research Scientist will lead high-impact research on training, benchmarking, deploying, and optimizing state-of-the-art vision-language models for construction-site intelligence.

Infrastructure Engineer (Member of Technical Staff)

Ironsite builds an intelligence layer for the physical world by combining wearable hardware, construction-site data, and AI models. The Infrastructure Engineer will build and own edge, device-to-cloud, video, ML inference, compute orchestration, reporting, privacy, and reliability systems that transform construction footage into actionable insights at scale.
