The Staff/Senior Software Engineer will advance the agent runtime and reasoning infrastructure, including execution state, tool use, context, memory, model routing, recovery, evaluation, and security. The role will also build reliable systems for long-running agent workflows, evidence-grounded outputs, and safe interactions with internal and external services.

Applied Intelligence Engineer

Helios is building intelligence systems that connect public institutions and private organizations, combining frontier AI, public-sector expertise, and forward-deployed execution. The Applied Intelligence Engineer will turn complex institutional problems into production software by discovering customer needs, designing and deploying secure AI and data systems, integrating fragmented and legacy technologies, and translating field learnings into reusable product capabilities.

The Staff/Senior Software Engineer will own and advance the Helios Rapid Ontology System, focusing on search, information retrieval, temporal memory, relevance, and secure data access across large-scale corpora.

The Government Capture and Business Development Lead will identify, qualify, shape, and advance government contracting opportunities while managing stakeholder engagement, capture strategy, proposal development, and pursuit operations.
