Founding AI Researcher, RL

Goaly AI is a stealth AI startup focused on lowering the cost, time, and talent barriers to building proprietary AI. The Founding AI Researcher will own the experimental loop for turning base models into useful agents by designing environments, preparing data, running reinforcement-learning and post-training experiments, diagnosing model behavior, and improving production training pipelines.

Member of Technical Staff, Research — Early Career (PhD)

Goaly AI is building AI systems that reason, use tools, and complete meaningful work in the real world. The Member of Technical Staff, Research will lead research on agentic reinforcement learning, post-training, evaluation, environments, and scaling, designing experiments and translating findings into improved models and reusable production systems. The role also involves collaborating with research, systems, and product engineering teams to scale promising ideas and evaluate them under realistic constraints.
