Collinear AI Launches CWE-bench to Test Frontier Coding Agents on Defensive Cybersecurity Capabilities

MTS - Research

Collinear helps teams fearlessly ship AI. The MTS - Research team member will build high-fidelity environments, evaluation stacks, and frontier data engines for AI agents across computer use, enterprise toolcalling, and coding. The role involves developing simulations and verification systems, running post-training experiments, analyzing model failure modes, and collaborating with founders and research staff.

MTS - Research Scientist Internship

Collinear AI is developing data engines and evaluation systems for frontier artificial intelligence. The MTS - Research Scientist Intern will build high-fidelity agentic environments, verification and evaluation systems, post-training pipelines, and research infrastructure across computer use, enterprise tool calling, coding, and AI reliability.

Member of Technical Staff - AI Physics & Simulations

Collinear AI is seeking a Member of Technical Staff (Applied Scientist) to advance AI-accelerated simulation. The role involves curating simulation datasets, training and validating physics-informed AI models, building simulation infrastructure, integrating LLMs with engineering workflows, and collaborating with research and engineering teams to deliver production-grade solutions.

MTS - AI Physics & Simulations

MTS - Research (Biosafety Simulations)

Collinear AI is extending its environments into biosafety and is seeking a domain authority to lead this track. The role transforms biosafety expertise into evaluation tasks, reference solutions, rubrics, and verifiers for AI models, while defining safe boundaries for dual-use biological information. The position also involves grading model outputs, red-teaming failures, shaping simulation environments, and reviewing contributors’ work.

Member of Technical Staff - Staff Engineer

Collinear AI is developing AI agent improvement products, and it is seeking a Member of Technical Staff (Staff Engineer) to provide technical leadership for its backend platform. The role owns architecture, reliability, scalability, distributed execution, customer-facing engineering priorities, and platform evolution for enterprise deployments.

MTS - Staff Engineer

Member of Technical Staff - Engineering

Collinear helps teams develop and evaluate AI agents through realistic simulation, programmatic verification, and targeted synthetic data. The Member of Technical Staff will build scalable full-stack applications using React/Next.js and Python/FastAPI, maintain DevOps and testing practices, optimize databases, and collaborate with AI/ML teams on NLP and LLM applications.

MTS - Engineering

Member of Technical Staff - Product

Collinear AI builds high-fidelity environments, tasks, and evaluation infrastructure for frontier AI teams to understand and improve their agents. The Member of Technical Staff - Product will shape product strategy, work directly with AI researchers and engineers, and turn ambiguous research needs into products. The role combines product leadership, technical prototyping, coding, experimentation, and cross-functional delivery.
