Accelerator Systems Software Member of Technical Staff

Callosum builds infrastructure for orchestrating AI workloads across heterogeneous compute. The Accelerator Systems Software Member of Technical Staff will develop low-level systems software and runtime infrastructure that enable real-world inference across diverse accelerators, with responsibility for performance and reliability.

Accelerator Systems Software - Member of Technical Staff

Internship - Expression of Interest

Callosum is an Intelligent Systems Company building infrastructure that unifies heterogeneous compute across the full stack. The internship opportunity seeks exceptional students to contribute to AI infrastructure projects involving novel accelerators, orchestration systems, and heterogeneous compute, with opportunities arising on an ongoing basis rather than through a formal internship cycle.

Expression of Interest - Internships

Research Engineer, Benchmarking - Member of Technical Staff

Callosum is an intelligent systems company building infrastructure that unifies heterogeneous compute across the full stack. The Research Engineer will own and build a reproducible benchmarking system for evaluating agentic and algorithmic approaches, using execution-based grading, contamination controls, and stable baselines. The role will lead benchmark publications and use results to guide product decisions, customer engagements, and company-wide quality claims.

Inference Performance & Deployment - Member of Technical Staff

Callosum is building infrastructure for AI inference across heterogeneous hardware. The Member of Technical Staff role connects internal engineering with real-world deployment, characterizes system performance, identifies bottlenecks, and informs production-readiness decisions with empirical evidence.

Expression of Interest - Intelligent Systems Engineer

Callosum is an intelligent systems company building infrastructure that unifies heterogeneous compute across the full stack. The Intelligent Systems Engineer expression of interest is for engineers contributing to AI infrastructure, novel accelerator integration, systems orchestration, and heterogeneous compute applications.

Research Engineer, Evals - Member of Technical Staff

Callosum is hiring a Research Engineer to develop rigorous evaluation methods and tools for agentic AI systems. The role focuses on designing benchmarks, analysing failures, predicting system performance, and building evaluation and observability infrastructure.

ML Research Engineer - Member of Technical Staff

Callosum is developing methods for automatically building and improving agentic AI systems through rigorous analysis and evaluation. The role conducts research into agent behavior, memory, coordination, and evaluation, and builds infrastructure to improve system intelligence, cost, and reliability.

Member of Technical Staff - Inference Engine Development

Callosum is the Intelligent Systems company focused on creating infrastructure for heterogeneous intelligence. The role involves building and optimizing inference engines for diverse hardware, ensuring that scheduling, memory management, and execution adapt to the underlying accelerator capabilities.

Inference Engine Development - Member of Technical Staff

Evolutionary Optimisation - Member of Technical Staff

Callosum is building an LLM-guided program evolution and optimisation system for searching and improving programs against verifiable objectives. The role develops this system as reusable internal infrastructure and a research platform, improving its search strategies and measuring its performance across optimisation problems.

Agent Runtime & Systems - Member of Technical Staff

Callosum is building infrastructure for AI systems that coordinate models, tools, and heterogeneous compute. The role owns the runtime and programming model for long-running agent systems, developing reliable execution, observability, APIs, and secure distributed scheduling.
